Partnering on Construction Projects

As can be seen by the illustration, ATI Systems is proud to have facilitated partnering workshops for a broad variety of important construction projects. Before "talking the talk" of consulting, our principal facilitator "walked the walk." He worked on construction sites as an electrician and estimator, led engineering teams for 25 years, and served for 10 years as an executive manager. As a result, ATI Systems' partnering workshops have a practical orientation, which avoids using abstract games as team building exercises. It is our observation that every complex construction project has real challenges that the stakeholders can address, as team building exercises. These workshops build teams by guiding the stakeholders to work together "shoulder to shoulder," to develop team solutions for the specific issues, opportunities and risks facing the project. The stakeholders leave the workshops knowing their time has been spent productively. They are able to take pride in being part of a high performance team that shares specific goals to make the project a success.
